Letter to the Editor - September 12: A mission of hope

ON BEHALF of the Woolgoolga Uniting Church, I would like to send a great big vote of thanks to the very generous Woolgoolga and Northern Beaches community for their wonderful support of our 2015 August-A-Fair fete.

Together with the solar credits from the church roof, a total of $4100 has been distributed to various causes: Lifeline North Coast Coffs Harbour; Mercy Ships; Coffs Coast School Ministries; Frontier Services ; and the recent Special Olympics for mentally disadvantaged athletes.

Thank you to everyone, the Coffs Coast Advocate/Woolgoolga Advertiser, our own Woolgoolga congregation members and whole Woolgoolga/Northern Beaches community whose efforts contributed to this fantastic result.
