Letter to the Editor - Saturday, October 25:Show some respect

I WISH to express my dismay at the Coffs Harbour City Council Heritage Committee for promoting the Halloween tour of the Coramba Cemetery (page 9, CCA, October 18).

Where is your sense of respect?

Where is your sense of decency and where is your sense of duty in honouring the memories of our loved ones?

This is a thoroughly tasteless exercise.

My husband was buried in Coramba Cemetery four years ago with all the love and honour he deserved. He had chosen this resting place for its peace and tranquillity, not to be part of a Halloween freak show.
