Letter to the Editor - Saturday, July 12: Eyes on the road

PETER Walz must have supersonic hearing. He said that as he was driving through the roundabout he saw police trying to move skaters out of the new park and "the language hurled at police was obscene".

I drove down Harbour Dr and while I could see a lot of things, I couldn't hear anything being said by any skaters.

I was also keeping my eyes directly on the road, as all safe drivers should do.

Maybe Mr Walz should concentrate on doing just that rather than looking for what he wants to see and hear.
