Letter to the Editor - October 29: More care, please

I CARE about the earth, the sea, the air and my fellow man but I'd like to know why some don't.

My main upset is our lovely home is being ruined by rubbish.

Why do people drink on the corners of streets at night, possibly because of the corner light and dump their bottles, rubbish, cans on the ground.

Recently I began to clean a corner of the bottles etc., stacked them together to collect then when I came back for them someone had had a smashing time.

Is this how you'd treat your home?

We are all caretakers, so please take care.
