Letter to the Editor - October 18: A green suggestion

WE MOVED from Sydney to Emerald Heights 15 years ago. We have been following the debate about the white netting and must agree it is ugly.

The drive in to Coffs Harbour used to be a pleasure along a tree- lined road. Now it is ugly but that is progress and there's not much we can do about it.

The netting is something we can change.

What surprises us is nobody seems to suggest green netting. Wouldn't that be the best colour?
