Leo leaves Big Brother house loveless after Skye breakup

BIG Brother Adonis Ryan "Leo" Burke was evicted tonight "drifting apart" from former flame Skye Wheatley.

The intruder turned fully-fledged housemate, originally from Canada, spent 47 days in the house and spent much of that time linked with the 20-year-old Gold Coast beauty.

"We never put a label on it," Burke told host Sonia Kruger.

"We never did anything we didn't want to do. We just kind of drifted apart in the end. We'll see what happens on the outside.

"She will always have a soft spot in my heart."

The 30-year-old revealed he chose the name Leo, so viewers would not confuse him with original housemate Ryan Ginns, because his mum called him "Leo the Lion" as a child.

"It was hard to get used to (being called Leo)," he said.

"In my mind it was like a little force field. It kind of protected me from what people were saying."

After backing Skye to win the show for more than a month, Burke now wants Melbourne importer Travis Lunardi to win the show.

"There's one housemate head and shoulders above everyone else (who) deserves to win Big Brother," he said.

"As soon as I get my phone I'll be voting for Travis."

As the reality show enters its final week, another eviction will take place tomorrow night with original housemates Priya, Skye, David and Ryan all nominated.
