Latest Coffs CBD Masterplan report ready for circulation

VOLUNTEER members of the Coffs Harbour CBD Masterplan Committee have provided more than 2,300 hours of time and in-kind support to help rejuvenate the city centre.

The committee members are chairman Rod McKelvey, community member retailer Kim Towner, landowner representatives John Buckland, David Doyle, Lance Cousins and Garth Grundy, Coffs Harbour City Council general manager Steve McGrath, manager of design city services George Stulle and manager of special projects Sharon Smith.

All committee members were congratulated for their achievements and thanked for their contributions to the city when councillors noted their annual report for 2013-14 at this week's meeting.

The report will now be circulated to CBD property owners who pay the special rate variation which is funding the rejuvenation of the city centre.

It was also noted that the tardy appearance of the report was not the fault of the committee.
