Land Transport marks important milestone

MONDAY, October 17, marked an important milestone for Land Transport with the company happily announcing its commencement in Bundaberg.

Established in March 1984 Land Transport is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transport across Australia.

With a fleet of over 350 units including prime movers, body trucks, tilt trays and various trailer types and over 180 employees Australia wide we provide a safe and personal service.

Land Transport offers a variety of transport and logistics services including:

Local Pickup and Delivery

Storage (palletised, bulk and DG)

Interstate Pickup and Delivery to Door

Intrastate Pickup and Delivery to Door

Over dimensional loads

Agricultural and mining machinery

General Freight services

Single, B-Double and Road Trains

Land Transport director Barry Land said with the company's vast number of depots around the country and its dedicated staff Land Transport offers quick and efficient storage to complement its transport operations.

"We welcome everyone to come and meet our local team located at 45 Wyllie St, Thabeban, Bundaberg,” he said. "We are very excited to have Bonnie Daly joining our team with years of experience in the transport industry.”

Land Transport will run a daily service ex Brisbane in conjunction with all other north services currently supplied by Land Transport and Freightrite Transport.

Services ex Bundaberg will include Gin Gin, Agnes Waters, Miriam Vale, Childers, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Bargara, Burnett Heads, Innes Park, Elliot Heads, Moore Park and all points in between.
