Jockey chasing his third victory with Sacred Falls

ACE jockey Zac Purton jets into Melbourne this morning seeking more Group One glory at today's Moonee Valley meeting.

Zac will ride Sacred Falls in the Sportingbet WS Cox Plate, the weight-for-age championship of the world.

Bookmakers have installed the Chris Waller-trained equal third favourite at $7, behind Fawkner and Criterion.

Jockey and horse are chasing their third Group One victory in partnership for 2014 after claiming the Doncaster Mile in the autumn and the George Main Stakes at the Royal Randwick Spring Carnival.

Apart from Sacred Falls, Zac will be aboard brilliant two-year-old Hot Snippety in the Inglis Banner, Law in the Telstra PhoneWords Stakes and Opinion in the Group Two racing.com Moonee Valley Gold Cup.

Meanwhile, Zac's Melbourne Cup ride Admire Rakti remains safely under lock and key at Werribee, waiting for their reunion at Flemington on November 4.

The Melbourne Spring Carnival always produces big stories and one of the biggest is the lack of love between the Cup favourite and stablemate Admire Inazuma.

On and off the track the horses can't seem to agree and soon after arriving in Australia, Admire Inazuma attacked his more famous rival while returning from trackwork.

Admire Inazuma threw his rider and then tried to kick and bite Admire Rakti, with the fallen jockey caught between.

Order was eventually restored but stable staff say there's immense sibling rivalry between the horses, which have to be kept well apart.
