IT'S fashion with a conscience, thanks to its Blue Illusion founders, Danny and Donna Guest.
Each of the 49 Blue Illusion stores Australia-wide sponsors a child overseas and each store also donates money to a charity annually.
Blue Illusion Coffs Harbour store manager Gloria Prater said each store shares the vision and the Coffs Harbour store is holding a special spring fashion show, with 20 per cent of the proceeds from sales going to this year's recipient, Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter.
Danny and Donna began Blue Illusion 20 years ago and are committed to finding the best for their customers, offering expert service with a strong focus on individual styling.
“Our personalised approach is what sets Blue Illusion apart from other retailers,” Donna said.
She regularly travels globally, gathering inspiration for wearable fashion and great homewares, as well as sourcing the latest 'must have' accessories and exclusive French-designed jewellery.
The Guests' commitment to excellence extends to the local and global community.
“Our customers help us make a real difference to peoples' lives every day,” Donna said. “Each store sponsors a World Vision child, with funds continually being raised for other worthwhile charities and causes.”
The 'spring launch' fashion show is being held in store at Blue Illusion, 23 Harbour Drive (next to Donaldson's Jewellers) on Thursday, August 28, at 12.30pm, with 20 per cent of proceeds donated to Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter.
“Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend to our spring fashion launch and enjoy the finger food while you check out the fashions,” Gloria said.
