DJ HEALTH: Proudly offering individual care and personalised solutions for Australians living with disability.

DJ Health has been proudly offering individual care and quality personalised solutions for Australians living with disability since 1992. With more than 500 support care workers operating across companies in QLD and NSW, DJ Health is dedicated to making a positive impact across our communities, while tailoring services to each client.

Their broad service arms allow them to take care of their clients in a more holistic way. Whether it be day programs, community access, in home support, high needs care or a myriad of other service options, clients can be assured that they have the resources and experience to meet their individual needs.

Their services, like their clients' needs, are individualised and unique. It is their priority to get to know their clients and to partner with their families, in order to help them live the life of their choice.

DJ Health's three core service areas are:

Disability Services: their aim isn't just to assist in meeting a person's basic needs. They'd like to know about their aspirations and their dreams. All services are carefully tailored to each individual and delivered with genuine care and understanding.

Accommodation: they have a variety of housing and supported living options, all designed to offer clients whatever level of support they desire. Their homes are fitted with the highest standard of assistive features and technologies, for SDA approved applicants. They can even build a brand new home that is uniquely tailored to their needs.

Care: people are their passion - and their mission is to empower clients by offering high quality support services. They are responsive, flexible and understanding. Whatever your situation, DJ Health can be there, 24/7, to support and serve.

At the Living Well Expo, their main aim will be to listen to people's needs and gain an understanding of what they need from their service provider.
