GATTON hairdresser Cassandra Morris and her friends were part of the 600 people who took part in Thursday night's Pub Choir event.
The participants gathered at Blank Space to learn a song in a three-part harmony and perform it in 90 minutes.
Miss Morris said she enjoyed the singing with her friends.
"This is the second time we have been to Pub Choir. The event has a great vibe which everyone enjoys,” she said.
"It's one of those events that the community really gets behind .”
The crowd sang classic pub anthem One Way or Another by Blondie on the night.
Toowoomba participant Judith-Anne Klienschmidt said Pub Choir's singing teacher was amazing.
She said she controlled the crowd enough for all for it to perform the song.
Toowoomba participant Theresa Cremasco said there was no better way to surround herself with good music and great music doing something different.
Blank Space owner Phil Coorey said it was fantastic to see the crowd have a good time.
"Everyone had a great time on Thursday night,” Mr Coorey said.
"The whole crowd was able to fit in the venue comfortably.
"The results from Thursday's performance were fantastic.
"Pub Choir's director Astrid Jorgensen did an amazing job directing the crowd during their performance.”
Each participant receives the song they will perform three days before the event to practice.
"Thursday's crowd was the best Pub Choir I have seen,” Mr Coorey said.
"Everyone left the night with a smile on their face.”
Miss Morris said her and her friends would sing in the choir again when it came back to Toowoomba.
"It's a highly spirited event that everyone can get involved with.
