Hwy delays at Corindi

MOTORISTS headed north of Coffs Harbour on the Pacific Highway are advised of traffic delays between Corindi and Halfway Creek this morning.

A two vehicle accident on the Dirty Creek Range, Halfway Creek, around 9.30am has closed one north-bound lane.

The occupants in both vehicles have reportedly suffered only minor injuries, but emergency crews are working to mop up an oil spill on the roadway.

Emergency services are on scene and the highway is expected to reopen later in the morning.

The NSW Transport Management Centre is reporting traffic is moderate at this stage.
