Pacific Hwy reopens after crash

THE Pacific Highway has reopened after a car towing a caravan jackknifed near Lyons Rd this morning.

Ambulance Media said no was injured in the accident, which left one southbound lane blocked.

Witnesess said the caravan started to wobble on the roadway before the driver of the Toyota Avalon lost control.

The vehicle left the roadway and struck a guard rail forcing the caravan to roll onto its side.

The Boambee accident happened just after 9.30am.

The NSW Transport Management Centre said traffic banked up and was very heavy in the area after the crash.
