IT'S no secret that there's a growing elderly population and that more and more of us will need aged care services.

Subee is a family-owned business with a family focus and delivery model that is all about supporting local families and local business.

The business started in 1992 and grew to Bananacoast Home Nursing & Respite (BCHN), Newlake Health Services and Clarence Valley Home Nursing. It was originally providing home-based services developed in response to families requiring extended nursing services.

Subee has 25 years experience providing quality home nursing, respite care and support services for the Aged and Disability sectors. They make sure every client is treated with respect, dignity and sensitivity in a non-discriminating manner.

Services include personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, assistance with walking or wheelchair support; meal preparation including eating support and feeding if necessary; support with personal aids; health care including wound care, foot care, medication assistance, stoma maintenance, catheter care, bowel care, diabetes information, blood pressure monitoring, accessing allied health professionals, accessing medical and clinical supplies and equipment and dementia care and education.

They also provide transport; access to the community, social support, assist shopping; domestic assistance including home cleaning, lawns maintenance, minor home repairs.

Registered Nursing Services including assessment and care plans, ongoing management in consultation with medical practitioners.

Subee can also provide support with the purchase of equipment or aids if required.

It has robust networks with allied health services in the community that they access to provide other services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and equipment services. It is an agent for Air Liquide, equipment for respiratory complaints and sleep disorders.

Subee has been accredited for the NDIS including Support connection and Coordination of Supports since 2014. The team at Subee say they are unique because of the range of services they offer and the genuine value they place on customer service. This is a business that really cares.
