Highway cleared in both directions after Warrell Creek crash

Police have cleared the scene of the three car pile-up and traffic is again flowing in both directions.

However, there is a 13km northbound queue and delays of about one hour.

 

THE PACIFIC Highway is closed in both directions at Warrell Creek south of Macksville after a three car traffic incident.

Emergency services are on the scene trying to clear the crash site.

Motorists are being urged to avoid the area or expect significant delays.

There are no diversions at this stage.

No information is available of the number of persons involved or if there are injuries.

Meantime, northbound traffic at Macksville is queued back 12 kilometres adding about 50 minutes to a journey.
