Fraud, stealing charges before court

A MAN is due to face fraud and stealing charges in the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court today.

Adrian Dean Saul is scheduled to appear at 11.30am, when the court will decide on his guilt or innocence for his two charges.

The court will also see a man, whose name has been withheld, accused of transmitting indecent communication to a child under 16.

Finally, four co-accused are set to appear for the charge of illegally obtaining a financial benefit
