POLICE are concerned for the wellbeing of Jasmine Morris, 20, who was last seen leaving a home in Grafton 25 days ago and may have been in Coffs Harbour.

Jasmine, who is also known as Jasmine Moore, has not accessed her bank accounts since she went missing, police said.

She was last seen by a family member at 8am on Thursday, October 8 leaving a home in Chapman Street, Grafton.

After failing to contact her for several days, family members reported Ms Morris missing to police on Tuesday, October 20.

Police media issued a statewide press release calling for assistance in the case.

“Police hold grave concerns for her welfare,” the release said.

Jasmine is described as white/European in appearance, olive complexion, about 155cm tall, about 55kg with shoulder length black hair and brown eyes.

At the time of her disappearance, Ms Morris was wearing a long black cotton skirt, thongs and several rings on the fingers of both her hands.
