Hard work brings talented athlete stunning success
THE Coffs Coast continues to churn out elite athletes and another is emerging in the field of competitive swimming.
James Hall trains at the Coffs Harbour Aquatic Centre on Park Beach Rd and has won four gold medals at the Special Olympics Swimming Championships in Melbourne.
Joining more than 200 swimmers at the event, 29-year-old James won individual gold in the 50m butterfly (31.40sec), 50m breaststroke (34.26sec) and 100m backstroke (1m 20.00s).
His team gold came with the NSW team in the 4x100m freestyle relay.

"His latest event is the NSW championships in Cessnock and as his coach, I join all his training partners to wish James well."
