Group getting the benefits of a weekly cycle

THEY'RE a dedicated bunch, each week clipping into their pedals for a group ride out to Red Rock.

This group of Northern Beaches cyclists have been getting together for years for the run each Wednesday and couldn't make a better advertisement for the benefits of cycling.

Meeting at the Corindi Post Office before pedaling away, Advertiser photographer Trevor Veale caught them at the beautiful Red Rock foreshores this week.

The group regulary stops at the Yarrawarra Art Gallery and grab a coffee and a bite to eat at the cafe after riding through Lazy Acres to Red Rock then back to the Post Office.

Riding through one of the best spots for cycling on the Northern Beaches provides great exercise in a stunning natural setting.
