Get Wyrd on stage

ON STAGE: Craig McTear plays
ON STAGE: Craig McTear plays "the fool” in Wyrd Sisters. Wendy Andrews

WITH plenty of laughs and enough sub-plots to keep you guessing from start to finish, the latest offering by CHATS is on at the Jetty Memorial Theatre.

Based on a novel by acclaimed author Terry Pratchett, Wyrd Sisters has been adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs. Villains, jesters, three witches, a murdered king and a wandering ghost are wonderfully portrayed by a talented local cast with plenty of familiar faces.

And speaking of familiar; regular theatre goers will have fun catching references to other works of stage and screen scattered throughout.

It's hilarious, fast-paced and on now until April 1. Tickets at the box office or online.
