Get the most out of your NDIS Plan

Scott Gilbank

The team at Live Better have been planning for the NDIS for some time, and they say it's now time to make it happen and make sure our customers get the most out of their plans.

Together, Nambucca Valley Phoenix, Open Arms Care and Live Better Community Services are partnering with people with a disability, their families and carers to make sure this happens.

They say we now live in an age of empowerment defined by customer choice - and that's a great thing. Everyone's needs are unique and it's why we place our customers' individual needs at the centre of Live Better's work, designing programs and plans specifically for them.

With a combined experience of more than 75 years, the three not-for-profits will strengthen services on the Mid North Coast through Open Arms Care and Nambucca Valley Phoenix's insight into local community needs and local staff, and the corporate and clinical support that Live Better brings to the table.

Customers, families and members of the community are invited to meet representatives from each organisation to discuss how the organisations can work together to support communities to make sure they benefit from their NDIS plans and thrive under the new scheme.

Customer and family consultations will be held at The Hub, 2 William St Bellingen, Tuesday, August 15, 10am to 12pm and at Nambucca Heads RSL Club, Thursday, August 17, 9.30am to 11.30am. Topics covered will include maximising participant outcomes, quality service delivery, plan implementation and ensuring customers and their families identify core supports and capacities.

To reserve your place at the one of the consultation sessions call 1800580580 or email info@livebetter.org.au
