What: Help to raise hope and conversation, build awareness and reduce the stigma around suicide during Lifeline's annual Out of the Shadows Community Walk.

The walk coincides with National Suicide Prevention Day. Bring your family, pets and hope.

Casuarina Steiner School's Spring Fair and Open Day

What: Stalls and activities will be held on the day from traditional spring maypole dancing, handmade crafts, good, cakes, coffee, kite making, tie dyeing, woodworking, a treasure hunt, a raffle and more.

Where: Casuarina Steiner School, 4 Gentle St.

When: Sunday, September 17 from 10am-3pm.

Cake decorating demonstrations

What: The day will have demonstrators from other clubs or interstate pass along their skills and demonstrate various techniques. A cake decorating supply shop will also be at the event for all your cake decorating items.

Sydney Comedy Festival

What: Prepare to laugh yourself silly as the funniest comedians from this year's Sydney Comedy Festival hit the road, stopping in at Coffs. You'll hear from Bart Freebairn, Micky Bartlett, Luke Heggie, Angella Dravid and Cameron James.
