Fun run a colourful affair

COFFS Harbour's Jetty Foreshores were coloured rainbow during today's Dye Hard Fun Run.

Coloured powder from blues and purples to bright oranges and reds was propelled into the air as hundreds of participants ran around the foreshores for the annual event.

To wrap up runners got groovy with a giant dance party to mark the conclusion of Coffs Harbour's first Dye Hard Fun Run.

The event wrapped up with a giant dance party and a series of prize give-aways.

Dye Hard Fun Run is a regional event that aims to bring the community to get active, have fun and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of the local area.

Runs are hosted in Wagga, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo and Mudgee and most recently Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.

Each year, the Dye Hard group supports a charity with a percentage of this year's proceeds donated to the McGrath Foundation.
