TripAdvisor hat-trick for Park Beach Holiday Park

FOR the third year in a row, Park Beach Holiday Park has been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award.

The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is only given to establishments that consistently achieve top-rating reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.

To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

"There is no greater seal of approval than being praised by your own customers. This accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence in Park Beach Holiday Park and the fantastic service and hard work of the Park's staff," said Coffs Harbour Mayor, Councillor Denise Knight.

Jason Bailey, Council's Manager Holiday Parks and Reserves, said the award was truly a team effort.

"The staff are the face of the whole Holiday Park operation and the extra effort they put in to make everyone's stay a great experience has once again been rewarded."

Marc Charron, President of TripAdvisor for Business, said that the company was pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses that have received consistent praise and recognition.

"By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive increasing hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition," he said.
