Flack upset about lack of information

LACK of communication about a September 11 workshop on future plans for the Scotts Head Caravan Park and Reserve meant a number of Nambucca Shire councillors were left out of the information loop.

At the recent council meeting, Cr Paula Flack said such a situation was unacceptable because councillors were unable to discuss issues with members of the public when asked.

She requested a comprehensive report on the long awaited master plan, including a timeline, progress to date and budget details, to be presented to the council as soon as possible by the consultants. Her request, to her surprise, was met with the full support of her colleagues.
