Five people injured in Toowoomba region crash

QUEENSLAND Ambulance Service paramedics transported three adults and two children to Toowoomba Hospital after a crash on 4AK Rd, east of Oakey.

The crash occurred  about 6pm on Thursday. 

A teenager suffered leg, neck and pelvic injures while a woman, aged in her 20s and travelling in the same vehicle, suffered an abdominal injury. 

A woman and two children travelling the second vehicle suffered minor injuries. 

They were transported to hospital for observation. 

A QAS spokesperson said all the patients were out of their vehicles when paramedics arrived.
