You can expect greater support when expecting

LILYROSE Pregnancy Support is opening an antenatal clinic in Coffs Harbour tomorrow.

Affiliated with the Lifehouse care network, Lilyrose is a not-for-profit, Christian-based organisation existing to support women and families experiencing unplanned and planned pregnancies.

The clinic will provide a range of antenatal services, including ultrasounds, with plenty of resources to ensure mothers and mothers-to-be are well informed throughout their pregnancies.

Two local GP obstetricians, Dr Deirdre Little and Dr Joseph Turner, will provide antenatal services along with specialised nurses.

"We are called on as a community to provide for her mental, emotional and physical needs, shoring up her strength, well-being and vitality, meeting her concerns, alleviating her anxiety, attending wholly to the needs of mother and child," Dr Little said.

Lifehouse Care director Luke Alcock said clinic services will be bulk billed.

To book an appointment phone 0423 227 917.
