ONE lucky team will win a spot back into the My Kitchen Rules final next week.
The reality cooking show returns tomorrow night and will move to Sunday nights from April 7.
The special two-hour Sunday episode will feature a big twist for the remaining teams, with all of the teams eliminated in the sudden-death cook offs returning to fight for a spot back in the competition.
Tasmania's Mick and Matt, Ali and Samuel, WA's Kieran and Natassia and Italian housewives Angela and Melina all return to Kitchen HQ, with the latter sure to ruffle the feathers of Ashlee and Sophie.
But the teams will need to earn their place when they are thrown into a real working kitchen cooking for paying customers.
The teams will be mentored under the watchful eye of chef and MKR guest judge Colin Fassnidge, who will be dishing out big serves of tough love as each team prepares a two-course meal in the kitchen of his restaurant, 4 Fourteen.
"We have a restaurant full of paying customers - it's about plating up your best every time. Customers won't pay for mistakes," Fassnidge said.
Judges Manu Feildel and Pete Evans will judge every meal which comes out of the kitchen. But this time around, they'll be doing blind tastings to decide whick is the weakest team on the day.
"It will be interesting to see how teams deal with the pressure of a working restaurant," Evans said. "They're used to racing the clock at Kitchen HQ, but service with a room full of paying customers can be very intimidating."
My Kitchen Rules airs Monday through Thursday at 7.30pm this week, and will then air at 6.30pm on Sunday April 7 and Monday April 8 to Wednesday April 10 at 7.30pm.
