Drugs case: four in court

FOUR men charged after drug busts at Park Beach on Tuesday appeared in Coffs Harbour Local Court yesterday.

Stafford Christian Blair, 26, of Coffs Harbour, is charged with supplying a prohibited drug, and was conditionally bailed to reappear in court on April 15.

Russell Kent Harris, 33, of Coffs Harbour, is charged with manufacturing a prohibited drug, possessing a prohibited drug and making a false instrument with intent. He was refused bail to reappear in court on April 21.

Gregory John Lacey, 47, of Coffs Harbour, is charged with six counts of supplying a prohibited drug, one count of possessing a prescribed restricted substance, one count of receiving stolen property, one count of goods in custody, one count of supplying a prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, and manufacturing a prohibited drug.

He was refused bail to reappear in court on May 12.

Roger Lee Lingenau, 27, of Coffs Harbour, is charged with shoplifting and malicious damage, and was refused bail to reappear on March 4.

Two others will appear in court at a later date.

A Coffs Harbour man, 49, is charged with five counts of possessing a prohibited drug, three counts of goods in custody, and two counts of supplying a prohibited drug. He was conditionally bailed to appear on March 16.

A Coffs Harbour woman, 38, was conditionally bailed to face court on March 16 on a charge of goods in custody.

Police are continuing their investigation.
