TV vet making Grafton house calls

AUSTRALIA’S favourite television vet Dr Harry Cooper will be coming to Grafton in the second week of July to film house calls for popular show Better Homes and Gardens.

Dr Harry will come to your house for a one on one consultation with your pet to get to the bottom of any issues you may be having.

He loves the challenge of house calls and said he is looking forward to meeting some new faces.

“It’s great to see each animal in its own habitat, observing why it does what it does,” he said.

Dr Harry said he was looking forward to visiting the Grafton as he has not been here since he was shooting footage for his former television show, Harry’s Practice, more than a decade ago.

“My memories of the area are long and bold, and I actually considered moving there,” he said.

“I used to rent a house at Wooli around Jacaranda time and go to the greyhound races and the gallops.”

For the chance to win a house call, send your entry, including your pet’s breed and age, along with your address and phone number, to pethousecalls@pacificmags.com.au or write to Dr Harry, Grafton Visit, GPO Box 7810, Sydney, NSW, 2001.
