Don't miss the Christmas Eve lolly drop
ON CHRISTMAS Eve, all was quiet, the streets were empty and no children were to be seen.
They were all down at four locations in Woolgoolga visiting Santa and getting their lolly fix.
Crews from Fire and Rescue at Woolgoolga 507 are holding their annual lolly drop for the kids of the local community.
In past years, they have been seen driving around the streets of Woolgoolga, passing out lollies and stopping for photos, but this year they are doing things a little differently.
To ensure they are able to reach more children throughout the community, they will be having four designated drop-off areas for families to come along and enjoy Christmas Eve with a visit from Santa and a little lolly splurge.
Fire and Rescue Woolgoolga is excited to see everyone down at the drop-off areas and encourages all members of the community to participate.
The lolly drop will be held on Christmas Eve, Saturday, December 24.
Stop 1 will be at Apex Park Woolgoolga at 2pm.
Stop 2 will be at Safety Beach on the grassed area opposite Admiralty Drive at 2.45pm.
Stop 3 will be next to the netball courts in Woolgoolga at 3.25pm.
Stop 4 will be at the Woolgoolga Beach Reserve on the grass near the VRO hall at 4.10pm.
