Don't forget the candles

O COME all ye faithful - to the plethora of Carols by Candlelight services across the Coffs Coast this week.

Tonight, head to Urunga Morgo Street Reserve from 5pm for an evening of song, dance, food and fun. Also tonight, the ever-popular Carols in the Glen will begin at the Nana Glen Showground from 6.30pm. Crowds will be entertained by the Nana Glen School Choir, The Toads and the Jungle Jam band. Santa will make an appearance at 7.30pm, and there will be light suppers for sale throughout the evening, including a sausage sizzle, soft drinks, coffee and cakes.

Carols by the Sea will kickstart at 6pm at the Woolgoolga Beach Reserve today. Enjoy music by The Headlanders, with Santa arriving at 7pm. Carols will start at 7.30pm, performed by the All Nations Church Choir. There'll be plenty of fun, with food stall, jumping castle and face- painting for the kids.

On Sunday, don't miss the Christmas Carols on the Foreshore at Sandy Beach, presented by Sandy Beach Community Baptist Church.

Festivities start at 6pm with a barbecue, with carols beginning at 7.30pm. There will be face-painting, jumping castle, glow sticks and hot and cold refreshments available.

Bonville/Sawtell Community Carols will begin at 7pm at Bonville Hall tomorrow. Coffs Harbour Brass Band and Sing Australia Choir will be there, and a big country supper will follow.

Then, on Monday evening, don't miss the Sawtell Carols by Candlelight at the 9th Fairway Sawtell golf Club from 6pm. Santa will arrive at 7.30pm.
