Day to show people care

THE Jetty foreshore will be abuzz tomorrow as the city marks its second We Care Day.

People of all abilities, ages and cultures are invited to join with Community Care Options and partners C.ex Coffs, Coffs Harbour Support Services, Community Transport, Healthy North Coast and NSW Home Support Services to enjoy a day to celebrate our community.

We Care Day features a Wheelchair Sports NSW come-and-try area, local bands, community performers, art workshops, Aboriginal cultural sessions, health, kids' and wellbeing zones and local food and market stalls.

Community Transport is running free buses from Korora and Toormina to make transportation easy.

To view the timetable for activities, go online to http://www.wecareday.com.au.
