A MARBLE side table for just $29 has sent savvy shoppers into a frenzy following the release of Kmart's new living range.

Customers have rushed Kmart stores since Thursday when the side table hit shelves as part of Kmart's new living range.

Kmart's investments in cheap and chic homewares have spawned hundreds of online groups dedicated to the retail giant, who share their hints and tips on the latest trends.

An $8 knot cushion is also rushing out the door.

It comes as Kmart's latest annual report shows the department store revenue soared to $5.578 billion in 2017 - a massive 33 per cent increase from $4.167 billion in 2013.

In recent years, hundreds of Kmart groups have emerged on social media with thousands of followers religiously checking the pages for new arrivals as well as redecorating tips and hacks.

The latest product sending Kmart shoppers into a frenzy is a marble side table for $29. Customers were waiting eagerly for this item to hit the shelves leading up to Kmart's new living range which launched on Thursday.

At just $29, this fashionable side table is proving a hit with savvy Kmart shoppers.

Creator of @Kmart_new_finds on Instagram Sam Bird created a stylish bedroom design with Kmart products for under $250.

"I believe Kmart has something to offer for all demographics," she said.

"It's great for students who are looking to move out and furnish their homes for the first time, just as it is for parents, the kids range has always been awesome."

"Kmart provides people an opportunity to style their home with the latest trends and looks of other high end stores."

The creators of these online communities can't believe the amount of activity and posts from shoppers.

Kmart Home & Hacks creator Tia Barker said she was shocked her small group had skyrocketed to a massive 70,000 following base.

"From a group that barely had 100 members and going days without a post to its current activity daily it is insane," she said.

"I just love how affordable Kmart is, you can have such a stunning house for such a low-price."

Ms Barker is one of the many Australians who have cut the costs on homewares and spent less on basic appliances, like kettles and toasters.

"I think if you asked my partner he would tell you I haven't saved any money, but I know for a fact I have saved hundreds, probably even thousands," she said.

"I have a lot of appliances from Kmart, majority of my appliances are 2+ years old and still work in perfect condition.

"It definitely makes it easier for everyone to enjoy living in their own home, especially for single parents and students."
