Cricketing dream touches home

IT'S the trophy that by March will hopefully be returned to the Australian cricket team's cabinet.

The ICC World Cup trophy was the centre of attention in Coffs Harbour yesterday.

Locals had the opportunity to get their photo taken with the trophy that 14 cricketing nations will vie for when the World Cup of Cricket is held in Australia and New Zealand in February-March.

Australia will look to reclaiming it from current holder India.

The Aussies start their campaign with a 50-overs match against England in Melbourne on February 14.
