QLD Cricket mourns the loss of Graham Dixon

QUEENSLAND Cricket is mourning the loss of long-time chief executive Graham Dixon who passed away on Saturday after a battle with cancer.

Dixon, 61, had been CEO from 1996 to 2013 after starting as general manager in 1991.

He was named Queensland sports administrator of the year in 2000, and played a key role in the development of the Queensland Cricket headquarters and the Australian Cricket Centre of Excellence at Albion.
