Cracking into local nut farming

COFFS Coast farmers are going nuts for macadamias with an increase in growth throughout the Nambucca Valley up to Woolgoolga.

The growing numbers of macadamia nuts in the region complements the diversity of other crops such as lychees, bananas and blueberries.

Macadamia farms on the Mid North Coast currently provide $12.6 million of economic value to the region.
