Cowper Chat: Candidates on seniors

ONE-quarter of the NSW population will be aged 65 and over in 2056, according to the latest Intergenerational Report.

As modern medicine continues to advance, people are living longer and seniors are set to tip the population scales.

The Intergenerational Report and other recent statistics make it clear that establishing the proper infrastructure to care for our seniors is critical in order to prevent future pressures on sectors such as healthcare and housing.

This week, our Cowper candidates map out how they intend to care for seniors.
