Coffs gets spooky for Halloween

PUMPKINS are popping up all over as Halloween rolls around again.

Join the torchlight procession from the Regional Gallery to the Regional Museum during tonight's EMSLA Art Award gala evening and you will pass a row of pumpkin lanterns carved for the occasion.

Visit A Thing or Two About Country in Grafton Street and you can admire Sharon Secomb's jack o'lantern decorated with witches and other Halloween symbols.

Sharon said Halloween was 'more of a country thing' and she had decided to make a quirky display for the occasion.

Drop into Cunningham's banana stall on the Pacific Highway and you will see their giant pumpkin has had its 'face' painted for Halloween and is wearing the appropriate hat.
