Bridge consultation continues

THE RTA showed off the latest information it has for a second Grafton bridge at displays in Grafton and South Grafton yesterday.

The manned displays were at Grafton Shoppingworld and the Bi Lo Complex in Bent Street, South Grafton.

“The displays are another way local residents can ask questions, make a comment and find out where planning for the new crossing is up to,” an RTA spokesperson said.

Grafton residents and businesses have until next Tuesday to provide their input into planning for the second crossing of the Clarence River.

“The RTA is carrying out an initial survey asking local residents and businesses to identify issues and make further suggestions for the crossing,” the spokesperson said.
