Coffs author links leadership with quantum physics

COFFS Harbour businessman Rod Macpherson deals with science, personal responsibility and life experience in a new book just released.

Conscious Leadership: Beyond Perception And Belief was officially launched at a function held at C.ex Coffs this week.

The new author explains he tackled his subject from a business perspective, providing a new slant on quantum physics and the implication of universal energetics on both individuals and business.

“We are all leaders and all have the ability to influence others and create change,” he said.

“We are truly powerful beyond measure but why is that message so hard to truly comprehend?”

The book challenges views on business, government and education, taking into account the discoveries of quantum physics and the connectedness of all things.

“There are more conscious ways to live and work that respect the findings of science in order to restore our environment and promote well being for all,” he said.

“It is simply not an option to keep doing the same things.

“We have the power to make change and that starts through challenging our old beliefs and what we think is real.

“My book explores the well established theories of quantum physics, in that we live in a connected universe made up of vibrating energy, and the impact this science has for business, health and our planet.

“Nothing happens in isolation.

“We must start thinking in terms of giving, and not taking, at all levels of our existence.

“Our very survival as a race depends on it.”

Macpherson has used anecdotes from his career in banking, sport coaching and community activities to create an easily readable book.

The book has plenty of humour and some controversial aspects where Macpherson challenges some established belief systems ranging through medicine, politics and simply working for a living.

Copies are available at The Book Warehouse in Coffs Harbour.
