Changes afoot for a national league in netball
COMMENT WITH RENAE O'DEA: The end of the year brings changes to all teams that were a part of the ANZ Championship this year. Next year sees no restrictions to how many import players each team has. This allows all teams to open up for many more players wanting to travel and change.
There are also new teams joining in next year. I hope this allows for more players to come through and show their talent.
The Warwick open team are a great example of talent been shown off. This team has a good mixture of skills with the girls still being able to play together well. The open team will be playing in the final inter-district carnival on August 21. The ladies will come together and aim for the top. Best of luck to them all.
SAMANTHA Bennett is a great player to watch in club netball. She has the ability to step up to the mark and get her team enthusiastic. Whenever she goes for the ball she is always thinking ahead of where to go next. Watching her play makes you want to try harder when you play next. Samantha has a great personality and positivity on the court. It's great to see.
