COFFS Harbour's Sustainable Living Day, tomorrow at the North Coast Regional Botanic Gardens will officially open the Coffs Coast Living Coast Festival, which runs for the month of November.

The festival celebrates the natural beauty of the Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and Nambucca regions and provides sustainable living inspiration along with opportunities to explore our wonderful natural landscape.

Sunday's highlights will include presentations by special guest Costa Georgiadis, host of ABC's Gardening Australia, the opportunity to learn more about sustainable living, solar powering your home, how to remove weeds from your garden, and stalls selling native plants and sustainable gifts.

The Kids Zone will keep the littlies entertained with a live reptile show, story time and hands on craft and gardening activities.

The community can also explore the gardens on a free guided Coffs Creek Bush Tucker Walk with an Aboriginal National Parks and Wildlife Service Ranger and Solitary Islands Marine Park Guide.
