Caricatures you have known

WHEN it comes to collections with character, the Bunker Cartoon Gallery doesn't disappoint.

The latest exhibition, Caricatures You Have Known, will be unveiled on Friday, February 2.

It's a superb collection of caricatures from the past with many familiar faces - some loved, some not so much.

This is an opportunity to view the work of a range of talented cartoonists. Some of these works have not been on display for quite some time.

Friday night won't just be a celebration of cartoons, it is also an opportunity for members of the community with an interest in the future plans for the Bunker Cartoon Gallery to attend a special meeting at 5pm prior to the exhibition opening. Come along and view an artist's impression of a possible future Bunker, hear about the plans to achieve this and you're invited to comment. All are welcome.

The exhibition launch is 6pm, Friday, February 2, local well-known caricaturist, Chris Barr will be there.
