Cabin for rehab centre

TOMORROW Coffs Harbour Lions Club will hand over one of the new female accommodation units to the Sherwood Glen drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility.

The cabin is one of five self-contained cabins built at the new facility off 2034 Sherwood Creek Road at Glenreagh, three of which have been completed.

Lions District Governor Peter Clarke will hand over the keys to John-Pierre Reifler, the manager and joint founder of the Sherwood Cliffs drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, at 11am tomorrow. Funding for the cabin was provided by Coffs Coast Lions clubs, the Australian Lions Foundation and the Lions district executive.

Honi Reifler said everyone was welcome to attend the welcome to the Lions and morning tea.
