Busking out all over town

WHEN the buskers hit the streets later this month, no one will miss out on an opportunity to see them.

They will performing all over town with indoor and outdoor entertainment throughout the Coffs Coast.

"We like to take the shows to the people so as well as four days in the city centre we will be performing at Toormina, Woolgoolga , Moonee, the Hoey Moey and the Harbourside Markets with everyone having a chance to catch them close to where they live.” said organiser John Logan.

"I really love getting out and about. As soon as we arrive we have people sitting eagerly awaiting the shows and I get dozens of folks coming up to me saying they love the shows. That makes the buskers feel so welcome.”

Each show is a little bit different with a great variety of acts to entertain all ages on each bill.

One act sure to be a favourite with the kids is Mr Incredi bubble, the man who makes giant bubbles. He will be here from September 24 for four days.

The schedule of events will be published in the Coffs Coast Advocate on Saturday with the full program details to be published in the paper on September 23, the first day of this popular annual festival.
