Boss babe supporting, lifting up women
SOMETIMES women can struggle with finding a core group of like-minded people to be there for each other.
For Jess Inder this is exactly what The Boss Babes Project is all about.
The 24-year-old gets women together in a positive community and helps them be the best versions of themselves.
"The Boss Babes Project has been created to give women a space to fill up their own cup," she said.
Personal development workshops are offered through the project, with an emphasis on looking within and putting yourself first.
"The whole focus around the events and online membership is about creating a community so that women are not doing it on their own," Ms Inder said.
"It's learning that you can fall in love with yourself first while having a network around you to support that," said the boss babe.
Ms Inder describes herself as pretty laid back, but she has one important rule.
"You have to be kind, to yourself first and all the other women as well," she said.
"Not everyone has to be best friends, but you can have mutual respect for each other.
"Everyone's been through something that you can't see on the surface."
Ms Inder will be offering the Goal Setting Like a Boss Babe workshop this Sunday, November 18, at 9am at Harbour Parade, Buddina.
"By having this in November it's about setting those goals early and going home with a vision and a step by step strategy," she said.
