Man in court on serious charges

A BOAMBEE man has appeared in court charged with supplying two underage teenagers with drugs and alcohol.

Police allege Adrian Robert Caporale, 36, supplied two minors, aged under 16, with alcohol and cannabis.

The court has been told he committed the offences at a Pacific Highway motel on June 11.

It's alleged Caporale met with two teenagers, a boy and a girl, both aged 15, between 2pm and 9pm. Police will seek to prove he supplied them with 24 bottles of premixed vodka drinks, 24 cans of rum and an amount of cannabis.

Since his arrest last month, he has been charged with two counts of supply liquor to a minor and a further two counts of supplying prohibited drugs to a child.

Caporale will reappear in the Coffs Harbour Local on October 11.
