Help Red Cross meet target

THE Red Cross is asking you to give something your body will replace within four hours.

Kirstie Lee from the Coffs Harbour Blood Collection Centre says supplies are running low heading into winter.

“We’re behind target quite dramatically,” she said.

Ms Lee said 100 new donors next week would bring the collection centre within range to meet target levels.

You must be aged between 16 and 70 and feel well to be able to donate. For more information, visit www.donateblood.com.au or call 13 14 95.
